Saxophonist David Liebman and pianist Richie Beirach are two of the most inventive musicians of the post-Coltrane generation. Since the ‘70s, they have had illustrious, prolific careers individually, but for over twenty years they did some of their best work together as a duo and in the groups Lookout Farm and in Quest. They have selected these previously unissued performances from over forty hours of live music that they have recorded over the years.
